Talent Tent is working with a growing fintech in Cardiff to find two Business Development Executives to support their growth, with start dates this summer.
Basic salary of £28,000.
On target earnings £50k (top performers have the potential to exceed this)

35 hours per week, Monday-Friday.

The Role in a Nutshell
You’ll be making outbound sales calls, emails and contacts to car hire companies across the UK and abroad, booking meetings and doing platform demonstrations.
You will work with customers to help them choose the best technology package for them to grow their business.
This is an in-office role where resilience, rapport-building, and motivation are key to success.
Day to day, you will be;
Identifying leads on a global scale, making contact, and starting the sales process
Follow up warm and direct contacts from potential customers
Take platform demonstrations to sales completions, hitting targets for conversions per month
Travel nationally and internationally a few times a year representing the brand at events, conferences and trade shows
Take a long term view on the sales process, and adjust it to make it as effective as possible
Work closely with the founder, give feedback, and help make the platform and the team the best it can be
Work closely with the customer team, to ensure a seamless transition from sales, to business as usual
You will be given your initial training, and then ongoing support in your role to ensure you flourish, and achieve your targets.
What experience do you need to apply?
You will need a background in targeted sales, preferably in a fast paced environment. This experience can be from selling on the phone, online or face to face.
