This role will be working on one of our important volume hiring contracts. It will initially be as a 3 month fixed term contract.
The role
A candidate-facing coordinator who keeps every step moving. Think interview invites, compliance, referencing and comms... for a smooth experience from apply to day one.
Day to day, some of the things you should expect;
Sending and managing Psychometric Testing invites, chasing completions, and keeping results tidy
Scheduling interviews, sending clear invites and reminders
Uploading to client systems and keeping records clean and up to date
Sifting applications and responses so the right people move first
Supporting compliance checks (RTW, onboarding support, financial/criminal disclosures) with zero fuss for candidates
Check-ins with candidates and interviewers before and after interviews; collecting and logging feedback
Pre- and post-start touchpoints so day one actually feels like day one
Picking up the phone for updates, nudges, and the occasional rescue call
General admin to keep the pipeline accurate and moving
You’ll be measured on speed, accuracy and experience: turnaround times, completion rates, clean data, and candidate/client feedback.
Key points
There are some key points we want to clarify;
You will will have a lot of plates to spin and will need to be great a prioritising your workload.
This role will initially be for 3 months, with potential to extend or go permanent.
You will need an eye for detail. There are a lot of moving parts in a regulated environment and you’ll be the one keeping them aligned.
What are we looking for?
Ideally, someone with experience around volume hiring and admin-heavy coordination, but this could take many forms;
You might be a contact centre team leader who’s been hands-on in hiring and wants a change
Or an agency resourcer/coordinator ready for more ownership and variety
Or an in-house recruiter/TA coordinator keen to explore the outsourcing world
We are not strict on your industry background as recognise the above can come from a wide variety of places.
You might not have 100% of what we’re looking for, but if you’ve got strong interviewing/assessment chops, are quick and accurate with admin, and can think ahead to remove blockers, we still want to hear from you.

Salary of £27k plus monthly bonus
Hybrid working - 1 day in the office per fortnight
Nine day fortnight
25 days holiday, plus bank holidays
