This role will be working on one of our important volume hiring contracts. It will initially be as a 3 month fixed term contract.
The role
This is a pure recruitment role - no sales are involved. You will be solely focussed on making sure you find the best candidates for the role you are working on.
Day to day, some of the things you should expect;
Coming up with innovative ways to attract candidates - you will be supported to get creative, and find new ways to find great people
Shortlisting based on not just skills, as you will also find ways to spot potential
Conducting in-depth screening interviews, making sure the client only sees the best candidates
Offer management and securing acceptances
Supporting the client to onboard candidates
You will be targeted entirely on the quality of the candidates you provide to our clients, and rewarded for good outcomes.
Key points
There are some key points we want to clarify;
You will spend most of your time talking to candidates. That might be assessing them, supporting them through onboarding, or giving them some bad news. If you're not a people person, this might not be the role for you.
This role will initially be for 3 months but there is potential to look at extending or going perm.
You will need an eye for detail. There will be a lot of spinning plates in a regulated industry.
What are we looking for?
Ideally, someone with experience in volume recruiting, but this could take many forms;
You might be a contact centre team leader, who has been part of the recruitment process, and is ready for a change
Or, you might be an agency resourcer looking for your next move
You could also be an in-house recruiter, keen to explore the outsourcing world
You might not have 100% of what we are looking for, but if you feel you have strong interviewing and assessment skills, are speedy at admin, and can think outside the box, we still want to hear from you.

Salary of £25k - £30k plus quality based bonuses creating a £40k OTE
Hybrid working - 1 day in the office per fortnight
Nine day fortnight
