Talent Tent is delighted to partner with FleetEV to find an Electric Vehicle Sales Specialist, who will make a direct impact on the growth of this dynamic business.

The Role
You will join a vibrant team of sales specialists, promoting salary sacrifice schemes, and facilitating the lease and sale of new electric vehicles.
Day to day your role will be;
Generating leads - by research, networking and spotting opportunities, you will find the right leads for the FleetEV offering, and take them through to a completed sale.
Following up inbound leads - by applying your expertise, you will inspire confidence in your inbound leads so they choose FleetEV.
Customer service - you will assist customers to select the best lease options and guide them through the process, with efficiency, care and integrity.
Internal relationships - you will have excellent working relationships throughout the business and work closely with the operational teams to deliver the best service for FleetEV customers.
Developing yourself - whether it is your own personal development plan, or maintaining your product knowledge, you will constantly be learning and equipping yourself to provide the best service.
What are we looking for?
You may not have 100% of these, and we will consider transferable skillsets, however, to give you a guide, these are some of the areas we will focus on;
Sales Expertise - ideally in similar industries such as car leasing, but not essential.
Customer Focus - we develop long term relationships with our customers, and will aim for longevity in your relationship building.
Growth mindset - you will be motivated by professional growth, and will be eager to learn at all stages of your career with us.
Excellent Communicator - Whether it’s crafting persuasive written messages or engaging in clear verbal communication, your communication skills are outstanding.
Passionate About Sustainability - Your enthusiasm for sustainability and electric vehicles is contagious. You bring passion to every interaction.
