Talent Tent is delighted to partner with FleetEV to find a Customer Operations Specialist, who will make a direct impact on the business by ensuring an outstanding customer experience therefore supporting the growth of the business.

The Role

As a founding member of the Customer Operations Team, reporting to the Operations Manager, you will help shape the future success of the department.

Day to day your role will be;

• Ensuring our customers receive a 5-star experience throughout their lease term.

• Supporting our sales teams to provide top-tier service to potential and current customers.

• Managing the post-order and delivery process for customers, and providing regular updates.

• Collaborating with various internal and external partners, including; customers, public sector organisations and lease companies.

• Using your excellent internal relationships to find and deliver tailored solutions quickly and efficiently.

• Developing yourself - whether it is your own personal development plan, or maintaining your product knowledge, you will constantly be learning and equipping yourself to provide the best service.

What are we looking for?

You may not have 100% of these, and we will consider transferable skillsets, however, to give you a guide, these are some of the areas we will focus on;

• Customer focus - you will be customer driven beyond exception.

• Excellent communicator - you are a great communicator with excellent people skills and superb written skills.

• Creative - with a knack for being innovative and solving problems. Ideally you will have eliminated issues in complex scenarios.

• Administration - you know how to get things done efficiently, effectively, and accurately.

• Growth mindset - you will be motivated by professional growth, and will be eager to learn at all stages of your career with us.

• Industry - not essential, but if you are from a leasing or automotive background, that would be a bonus.
